CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />APRIL 16, 2002 <br /> <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session at City Hall, 749 Main <br />Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />and the following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Excused: <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Davidson, Mayor Pro-Tern Charles Sisk, <br />Council Members: Arnold Levihn <br />John Keany and Don Brown. <br /> <br />Tom Mayer <br /> <br />Michele l/an Pelt <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director <br />Anne Mojo, Library Director <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> <br />Brown noted that Council member Van Pelt asked to be excused from the meeting <br />because she was to mn in the Boston Marathon. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council member Michele Van Pelt's absence be excused, <br />seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for changes to the Agenda. Hearing none, Davidson moved that the <br />Agenda be approved, seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br /> <br />
