<br />Below is a table summarizing the permit fees that have been paid to date for our apartment project at
<br />Steel Ranch. The first table also shows the revised water and tap fee calculations for our multifamily
<br />units based on Ordinance No. 1633. The second table calculates the irrigation tap fee based on a
<br />water usage of 15 gal /year /sf of irrigated landscape. The cost of the irrigation tap is $239,196.
