<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO <br /> AGENDA ITEM V-F <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: RENEWAL APPLICATION –THE RESIDENCES AT <br /> BALFOUR, LP D/B/A THE RESIDENCES AT BALFOUR – <br /> TAVERN LIQUOR LICENSE – 1336 HECLA DRIVE <br /> <br />DATE: JULY 22, 2013 <br /> <br />PRESENTED BY: CAROL HANSON, AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br /> <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The licensee, The Residences at Balfour, LP d/b/a The Residences at Balfour – has <br />submitted an application for renewal of its Tavern Liquor License located at 1336 <br />Hecla Drive. <br /> <br />The premises are owned by the licensee. <br /> <br />There were no employees who attended liquor training in the past year. <br /> <br />There have been no incidents over the past year that required the filing of a police <br />report. <br /> <br />City of Louisville sales tax account is current. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Authority approve the renewal application for a Tavern Liquor License for The <br />Residences at Balfour. <br /> <br />Alternatively, the Authority may set a hearing on this renewal application, which may <br />be held after proper notice. <br /> <br />
