Carlson moved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Machado seconded. Roll Call Vote – <br />Rommelfanger – yes, Carlson – yes, Lipton – yes, Machado – yes and Wilson - <br />yes. Consent agenda approved. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br /> <br /> A. Modification of Premises – Double Happy, Inc. d/b/a Double Happy <br /> Restaurant – Beer and Wine Liquor License – 740 Main St. <br /> <br />This modification adds temporary patio space on the street patios and sidewalk <br />tables next to the establishment. Carlson moved the Authority approve the <br />modification of premises for Double Happy, Inc. d/b/a Double Happy Restaurant. <br />Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger – yes, Wilson – yes, Carlson – <br />yes, Lipton – yes and Machado – yes. <br /> <br /> B. Modification of Premises – LSL, LLC d/b/a The Melting Pot – Hotel and <br /> Restaurant Liquor License – 732 Main St. <br /> <br />This modification adds temporary patio space on the street patios. Lipton moved <br />the Authority approve the modification of premises for The Melting Pot. Machado <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado – yes, Lipton – yes, Carlson – yes, <br />Rommelfanger – yes and Wilson – yes. <br /> <br /> C. Modification of Premises – Bobbo's Sweet Shop LLC d/b/a Bittersweet <br /> Café and Confections – Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License – 836 <br /> Main St. <br /> <br />This modification of premises adds temporary patio space on the street patios <br />and proposes to permanently add the back patio area which now is solely <br />occupied by Bittersweet Café. The Authority members were provided a lease <br />addendum stating the back patio area could be used by Bittersweet Café. <br />Secretary Hanson reported State Liquor Enforcement had denied the use of the <br />patio area by Twelve Degree Brewing therefore Bittersweet will have sole <br />occupation of the patio and control of the alcohol they will serve there. Wilson <br />moved the Authority approve the modification of premises for Bittersweet Café. <br />Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor.
