Kelly seconded. Motion unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Approval of the December 11, 2012 Minutes <br />Kelly motioned to approve the December 11, 2012 minutes. Colleen seconded. <br />Motion unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Matters from Members of the Public** <br />No public matters. <br /> <br />Director’s Report – DRAFT Annual Report to City Council <br /> <br />Frank went through the packet and financials from November-December, 2012, including the memo and <br />summary that was emailed. The Finance reports show how the transactions between LHA & BCHA are <br />booked. <br /> <br />Willa presented the draft Annual Reports to City Council; a status to the community and the transfer <br />process. <br /> <br />- Starts with the commitments we made in the IGA <br />- Update what’s happening with the properties in Louisville <br />- Update on additional services provided by Housing & Human Services <br />2
