Open Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Notes <br />July 10, 2013 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> OSAB requested more information on the status of property UU on <br />Highway 287. They would like to know if this property has been <br />subdivided and if part or all of it the land is under development. <br /> OSAB proposed removing property B from the list because of the <br />environmental hazards on the site, the high cost and isolation of the <br />property. <br />Trail Requests: <br /> Keep #1: Overlook Underpass Trail – Connecting Davidson Mesa to the <br />Mayhoffer-Singletree Trail - no change, very supportive of trail <br /> Keep #2: 104th Street Trail - Connecting Coal Creek Trail with Rock Creek <br />Trail and the Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm - no change <br /> Keep #3: Warembourg Trail Connecting the Coal Creek Trail with Rock <br />Creek Trail and the Carolyn Holmberg Preserve at Rock Creek Farm - no <br />change <br />X. Discussion Items for Next Meeting on August 14th, 2013 <br /> Explore the possibility of the City acquiring or creating a Conservation <br />Easement for property MM. Is this an allowable use of PROST tax <br />funds?
