City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 6, 2013 <br />Page 16 of 16 <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the <br />purpose of the annual review of the City Manager and include the City Attorney, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. <br />The Council adjourned to executive session at 9:25 p.m. and reconvened the regular <br />meeting at 11:22 p.m. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council discussed real <br />property acquisitions and dispositions. The City Council provided direction to the staff <br />on strategies for potential acquisitions of property. If there is a firm proposal staff would <br />bring the matter back for further City Council consideration at a future meeting. <br />City Attorney Light reported in the second executive session, the City Council discussed <br />the annual performance review of the City Manager and gave direction to the staff on <br />how to proceed. A contract amendment and an evaluation document will be brought to <br />City Council for their consideration at a future City Council meeting. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No items to report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORT, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br />No items to report. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved for adjournment, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. <br />All wer- 'n favor.
