<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />HPC COMMUNICATION <br />SUBJECT: PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH LOUISVILLE MILL SITE, LLC <br /> <br />DATE: AUGUST 19, 2013 PAGE4 OF4 <br /> <br />Staff estimates the 50% rebate on building permit fees and construction use taxes to be <br />$35,000, based on projects upon the Property valued at $3,000,000. <br /> <br />Staff estimates the 50% rebate on planning application fees is to be $3,635. <br /> <br />There are significant differences between this Agreement and the Olde Town Group <br />proposal.
