Developed comprehensive water policy <br />plans for five major urban water districts in the Denver, Colorado <br />metropolitan area. <br />• Developed water resource management plans with local, state, and national <br />governme nt agencies for (6) Federal water storage projects in western U.S. <br />• Developed river basin planning for the Arkansas a nd Dolores Rivers in <br />Colorado. Planning process included stakeholder management, river operation <br />modeling, and revising U.S. Bureau of Reclamation policy and planning <br />guidelines. <br /> <br /> <br />
