<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A VEHICLE
<br />MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE FACILITY TO BE USED BY THE FLATIRON
<br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ZIP SHUTTLE) AT 385 S. PIERCE AVENUE, LOT 9,
<br />BLOCK 7, CTC, FIRST FILING
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for
<br />approval of a special review use (SRU) for a 7,200 SF vehicle storage and maintenance facility
<br />for the Flatiron Improvement District (Zip Shuttle) in an existing building at 385 S. Pierce
<br />Avenue, Lot 9, Block 7, CTC, First Filing; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the SRU have been reviewed by City Staff, the
<br />Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with Chapter 17 of the
<br />LMC, including the SRU criteria listed in Section 17.40.100; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 8, 2005 where evidence
<br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning
<br />Commission Staff Report of September 8,2005 the Planning Commission recommended
<br />approval to the City Council, with one condition; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on October 4, 2005
<br />where evidence and testimony were entered into the record; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation
<br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, without
<br />condition:
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
<br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use for a vehicle storage and
<br />maintenance facility for the Flatiron Improvement District at 385 S. Pierce Avenue.
