Discussion - Metropolitan Districts <br />Mr. Brew, RMCS LCC gave a PowerPoint presentation on Metro Districts as a <br />funding tool to enhance local development. Mr. Brew explained that bonds are <br />issued to finance the infrastructure, construction improvements and dedicated <br />municipal improvements.
