He moved to approve the agenda, as amended. Council member Keany <br />seconded the motion. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Yarnell. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Award Bid for Coal Creek Golf Course Bunker Renovation Project. <br />C. Approve Resolution No. 43, Series 2013 — A Resolution approving an <br />Intergovernmental Agreement with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder <br />for the Conduct and Administration of the 2013 Coordinated Election to be <br />held November 5, 2013 <br />D. Authorize Execution of Engagement Letter for Auditing Services with Eide <br />Bailly, LLC <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Loo reported the Friends of the Arboretum will have their annual fund <br />raiser at Gravity Brewery on September 16th from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. <br />Mayor Muckle reported on the scheduled activities for the annual Labor Day festivities <br />and encouraged everyone to come and participate. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming introduced the City's new Information Technology Director Chris <br />Neves, who was selected from over 100 applicants. He will be busy implementing the <br />City's Strategic Plan, which will serve Louisville residents, the City Council and make <br />staff's work easier and more effective. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 6, 2013 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />Mayor Muckle requested page 6 of the August 6, 2013 City Council minutes, regarding <br />Backyard Hens, be corrected: COUNCIL DIRECTION: "There was Council support for <br />staff to bring forward an ordinance allowing backyard hens." Mayor Muckle moved to <br />approve the minutes as amended, seconded by Council member Jasiak. All were in <br />favor. Absent: Council member Yarnell. <br />PROCLAMATION FOR LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS <br />
