Discussion/Direction – Study Session with City Council on August 27, <br /> 2013 <br /> <br />Secretary Hanson reported the Annual Report would be made available for City <br />Council for their annual study session with the Local Licensing Authority <br />scheduled for August 27, 2013. Authority members did not have additional items <br />to add to the agenda. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report – Ralphie’s <br /> <br />This incident involves the licensee failing to pay City sales tax. Wilson asked <br />if there was any new information. Hanson reported the taxpayer report the <br />Authority had in the packet was up to date. Authority members decided to <br />give the establishment some time to make payment. <br /> <br />B. Incident Report – Ralphie’s – 7/7/13 <br /> <br />Police were called to the scene of a possible injury traffic accident. Sergeant <br />Lanphere felt the restaurant eventually cooperated and there was no <br />evidence of over service. Authority members agreed no action needed to be <br />taken. <br /> <br />Secretary’s Report <br /> <br />Hanson reported the letter to La Revolucion was included for the Authority’s <br />review. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />Authority Comment <br /> <br />Machado asked the Authority be aware of treating the issues of non-payment of <br />taxes equally. <br /> <br />Adjourn – Wilson moved to adjourn. Carlson seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m. <br />
