City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 7, 2007 <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />(REGULAR BUSINESS <br />HOYLE PROPERTY <br />City Attorney Durfee introduced Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004, and <br />Ordinance No. 1518, Series 2007. Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 would zone <br />the property as Agricultural subject to a density restriction, and Ordinance No. <br />1518, Series 2007, is an alternative ordinance which would zone the property as <br />City Industrial. Council may also consider the Hoyle Zoning Agreement. <br />Council member Marsella reported on attending the Broomfield City Council <br />meeting where the Hoyle IGP- Amendment was discussed. She voiced her <br />appreciation to the Broomfield City Council for approving the IGA Amendments. <br />Council member Muckle also thanked Broomfield for their support. <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public; hearing and requested public comment and <br />hearing none, closed the public hearing. <br />ORDINANCE No. 1518, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING AS <br />INDUSTRIAL CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2"d reading - <br />public hearing <br />MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved to approve Ordinance No. 1518, Series <br />2007, seconded by Council member Marsella. <br />Council member Marsella offered a friendly amendment that the Ordinance not <br />take effect until all parties have signed the IGA. Mayor Pro Tem Brown accepted <br />the friendly amendment. <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was tak;en.. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0.
