City Council Meeting Minutes August 7, 2007 Page 4 of 14 (REGULAR BUSINESS HOYLE PROPERTY City Attorney Durfee introduced Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004, and Ordinance No. 1518, Series 2007. Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 would zone the property as Agricultural subject to a density restriction, and Ordinance No. 1518, Series 2007, is an alternative ordinance which would zone the property as City Industrial. Council may also consider the Hoyle Zoning Agreement. Council member Marsella reported on attending the Broomfield City Council meeting where the Hoyle IGP- Amendment was discussed. She voiced her appreciation to the Broomfield City Council for approving the IGA Amendments. Council member Muckle also thanked Broomfield for their support. Mayor Sisk opened the public; hearing and requested public comment and hearing none, closed the public hearing. ORDINANCE No. 1518, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING AS INDUSTRIAL CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2"d reading - public hearing MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved to approve Ordinance No. 1518, Series 2007, seconded by Council member Marsella. Council member Marsella offered a friendly amendment that the Ordinance not take effect until all parties have signed the IGA. Mayor Pro Tem Brown accepted the friendly amendment. VOTE: Roll call vote was tak;en.. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0. Absent: Council member Sackett.
