City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 21, 2007 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />City Attorney Light explained irhe City Council designated the authority to set the <br />ballot title to the City Clerk, therefore the City Council does not have the authority <br />to amend the ballot title. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown withdrE~w his motion. <br />MOTION: Council member Muckle moved to approve Resolution No. 42, Series <br />2007. Council member Yarnell seconded the motion. The motion carried by a <br />vote of 5-1. Mayor Pro Tem Brown voted no. Absent: Council member Sackett. <br />CITI( ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />City Attorney Light reported on the passage of the Hoyle Property Zoning, which <br />included the condition the documents would not move forward until all parties <br />have signed the agreement. Ike reported all signatories have signed the <br />documents and they will now Ibe irecorded. He reported on the litigation report <br />and the need for an Executives Session on the potential North Metro Fire District <br />site as it relates to the Northwest Parkway IGA. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />There were no reports. <br />ADJOURN <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved) for adjournment, seconded by Council member <br />Marsella.
