1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 ~~;~~r;~~, Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 26.00 o 0.00 ORDINANCE NO. 1480 SERIES 2005 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE VACATION OF A 5,028 SQUARE FOOT EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE HEALTH PARK SUBDIVISION FILING NO.6 SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. WHEREAS, a utility easement, of approximately 5,028 square feet, is located in Health Park Filing No.6 Subdivision located within the City of Louisville, such 5,028 square foot utility easement being further described and depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the Centura Avista Adventist Hospital owner of the Health Park Filing No.6 Subdivision have made proper application to the City for vacation of the utility easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the utility easement is not and has not been used or required; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the utility easement for which vacation is requested is not and will not be needed for any public purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the utility easement for which vacation is requested is not being used for any other governmental purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the application and vacate the City's interests in the utility easement described herein for which vacation is requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The City hereby vacates that certain 5,028 square foot utility easement located in the Health Park Subdivision Filing No.6, City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado, which vacated utility easement is further described and depicted in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
