<br /> <br /> <br />Louisville Historical Commission <br />Subcommittee Agenda <br />September 13, 2013 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Board Room (Second Floor) <br />951 Spruce St. <br />11:30 AM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Members of the Histori <br />its April 18, 2012 meeting to actively pursue the creation of a separate 501c3 foundation. <br />(Currently, the Historical Commission is both an advisory board to City Council and a <br />501c3 nonprofit corporation.) <br />At past subcommittee meetings, attendees developed new bylaws to propose for the <br />foundation as well as mission statements to propose for the foundation and advisory <br />board.
