<br /> <br />City of Louisville <br />Planning and Building Safety Dept. 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br />303.335.4592 (phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.ci.louisville.co.us <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 15, 2013 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mike Koertje, Peter Stewart, Kirk Watson, Lynda Haley, Jessica Fasick, <br />and John Griffin <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> Aquiles La Grave <br />City Representatives: <br />Scott Robinson, Planner I <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Haley made a motion to approve agenda. Koertje seconded the motion. Approved by <br />voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Stewart asked to approve the June 17th meeting minutes. Stewart had minor changes. <br />Koertje made a motion to approve and Watson seconded. Motion carried by voice vote. <br />Public Comment <br />Jean Morgan gave an update of Ms. Downer’s cabins stating the roof is continuing to be <br />under disrepair. She was wondering what steps can be taken to save the cabins and <br />whether this can be an item on the August agenda. <br />Stewart asked if Morgan believed the structures are under demolition under neglect. <br />Morgan agreed, stating she has not heard from the owner and she also knows the <br />Planning Department has tried to contact him and has not received a response.
