<br /> Louisville residents.

<br /> sors the ownership of 30 Elderly units and 13 Family

<br /> Finally, the Department of Community Develop-

<br /> ment viewed 1983 as a highly prosperous year, a
<br /> year that brought new challenge and numerous suc
<br /> cesses.
<br /> More than ever 1983 showed the department the
<br /> importance of time management and how to use
<br /> time savings to make government more effective.
<br /> All in all, the staff feels especially proud of the
<br /> department's contribution to the City and with this �aa
<br /> the bright future that is in the offing for all the ` •
