<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1134 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING CERTAIN WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interests of <br />the City to clarify certain water and sewer tap fees for years <br />subsequent to 1993. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 13.12.040. B of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are <br />stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />13.12.040. <br /> <br />Tap fee - Table B <br /> <br />B. For landscaped areas using drip irrigation systems, <br />tap fees shall be as listed below. Drip irrigation <br />tap fees shall be limited to computable irrigation <br />system flow rates of five gallons per minute, or <br />less, and to areas less than four thousand square <br />feet. Drip irrigation taps are not available for <br />landscaped areas incorporating spray irrigated <br />landscaping, regardless of size. Drip irrigation <br />systems shall be physically restricted in flow <br />capacity to five gallons per minute or less. <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 1992 <br />through December 31, 1992, inclusive: <br /> <br />Demand (gpm) <br /> <br />Tap Fee <br /> <br />0-5 <br /> <br />$1,600 <br /> <br />Effective January 1, 1993 <br />tflroU~R Deccmbcr 31, 1993, incluoivc: <br /> <br />Demand (gpm) <br /> <br />Tap Fee <br /> <br />0-5 <br /> <br />$1,650 <br /> <br />Section 2.
