Any title and interest of the City of Louisville in the 10 foot emergency <br />access and utility easement described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference shall be transferred by quit claim deed to Coal Creek Associates, a Colorado <br />general partnership, current owners of the affected property, such property being Lot 90 on the <br />Subdivision Plat for Coal Creek Ranch Filing #1, a subdivision of the City of Louisville, County <br />of Boulder, State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Section 2.
