City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />August 6, 2013 <br />Page 16 of 16 <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the <br />purpose of the annual review of the City Manager and include the City Attorney, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton.All were in favor. <br />The Council adjourned to executive session at 9:25 p.m. and reconvened the regular <br />meeting at 11:22 p.m. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br />City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council discussed real <br />property acquisitions and dispositions. The City Council provided direction to the staff <br />on strategies for potential acquisitions of property.If there is a firm proposal staff would <br />bring the matter back for further City Council consideration at a future meeting. <br />City Attorney Light reported in the second executive session, the City Council discussed <br />the annual performance review of the City Manager and gave direction to the staff on <br />how to proceed.
