Golf Course Reconstruction discussion to be led by Joe Stevens with Allan Gill, <br />Parks Project Manager, and Kevin Atkinson of Phelps-Atkinson Golf Course <br />Design, to include the following documents: - 1.5 hours <br />a. Status of FEMA and insurance company decisions regarding funding <br />recovery of golf course and flood mitigation plans <br />b. City Council announced decisions on actions regarding golf course <br />c. Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) Coal Creek Golf Course Disaster <br />Recovery Project <br />d. Coal Creek Golf Course Storm Damage Assessment Prepared by <br />Phelps-Atkinson Golf Course Design <br />e. Coal Creek Golf Course Irrigation System Flood Assessment Prepared <br />by Irrigation Technologies <br />f. Coal Creek Golf Course Damage Assessment Prepared by Western Golf <br />Properties, LLC. <br />7.
