Receipt of a grant for <br />assessment does not obligate a property owner to apply for landm <br />landmark status is subsequently granted, the property will not b <br />grants. The assessment shall be conducted by a qualified consul <br />Expenditures for preservation and restoration work completed by <br />before landmarking may be counted as credit toward the match req <br />request for prior expenditures shall be included in the grant ap <br />recommendation shall be made on whether to permit the inclusion <br />expenditures to City Council by the Historic Preservation Commis <br />that bodys recommendation concerning the grant application.
