Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />September 23, 2013 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Rommelfanger reported a new application had been submitted for a new Beer <br />and Wine License. <br /> <br />Lipton moved the boundaries of the neighborhood be established as the <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville and the public hearing set for October 28, <br />2013 at 7:00 p.m. Machado seconded. Roll Call Vote – Rommelfanger – yes, <br />Machado – yes and Lipton - yes. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report – Ralphie’s – 8/9/13 <br /> <br />This incident report was continued from the last meeting. Rommelfanger <br />asked if the transfer of the license had taken place. Hanson responded it <br />had. Since this incident occurred with the previous owner, no further action <br />was taken by the Authority. <br /> <br />B. Incident Report – Waterloo – 8/23/13 <br /> <br />Police responded to the establishment on report of a disturbance. Lipton felt <br />the licensee reported the incident and handled it appropriately. Authority <br />members agreed no further action was needed. <br /> <br />Secretary’s Report <br /> <br />Hanson reported the seller/server training on August 18, 2013 was well attended <br />by Louisville establishments. She mentioned City Council has asked staff to <br />prepare an ordinance to put a moratorium on retail marijuana and possibly refer <br />the decision to the voters. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney’s Report <br /> <br />No report. <br /> <br />Authority Comment <br /> <br />No comments. <br /> <br />Adjourn – Lipton moved to adjourn. Machado seconded. All in favor. The <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:13 p.m. <br />
