2.~,,,<,, 3 -\ #01412545 04/05/94 09:43 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F1960 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1112 SERIES 1993 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MORRISON ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. t; -r': WHEREAS, a petition for annexation, together with four (4) copies of the plat of the territory as required by law, were filed with the City Council, by the owners of one-hundred percent (100%) of the area of the territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and WHEREAS, the Council, by resolution, accepted said petition and found and determined that the petition was in substantial compliance with the applicable laws of the state of Colorado, and further determined that an election was not required, and further found that no additional terms and conditions were to be imposed upon said annexation except any provided for in said petition. WHEREAS, not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the terri tory is contiguous with the City, a community of interest exists between the territory and the City and the territory is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and capable of being integrated into the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The annexation to the City of Louisville, Colorado of the territory described in Exhibit A is hereby approved. Section 2. The annexation of said territory is subj ect to the condi tions provided for in the petition for annexation of said property filed with the City of Louisville. Section 3. The annexed territory shall become, upon the effective date of this ordinance, a part of Ward 3. INTRODUCED, READ, ADOPTED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED THIS 15th DAY OF JUNE, 1993.
