<br />:::0137'0996 t2/09/(y3 0:3: 21 PM REAL ESTrlTE RECORDS <br />Fi914 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />~-( <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1108 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE WARD BOUNDARIES FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, TO CONFORM TO CONSTITUTIONAL <br />APPORTIONMENT REQUIREMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on 1990 census figures and subsequent growth in <br />the population of the City, it is necessary and appropriate for the <br />City Council to change ward boundaries to conform to constitutional <br />apportionment requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the change in <br />ward boundaries contained in this ordinance conforms to <br />constitutional apportionment requirements, complies with the <br />requirements of state law, and is in the best interests of the <br />citizens of the city. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 1.20.020 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read: <br /> <br />1.20.020 Ward 1. <br /> <br />Ward 1 is that area within the city that lies north <br />of a line described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the center of section 12, Township 1 South, <br />Range 69 West, proceeding south along the centerline of <br />said section to the northwest corner of city of <br />Louisville Davidson Mesa Open Space; thence east along <br />the north property line of Davidson Mesa Open Space to <br />McCaslin Boulevard; thence north along the centerline of <br />McCaslin Boulevard to the southwest corner of Hilltop <br />Subdivision; thence east along the south boundary of <br />Hilltop Subdivision to the southeast corner of said <br />subdivision; thence continuing east along the north <br />boundary of Saddleback Second Filing subdivision to the <br />northeast corner of said subdivision; thence continuing <br />east along the north boundary of Saddleback First Filing <br />subdivision to the northeast corner of said subdivision; <br />thence south along the west boundary of Section 8, <br />Township 1 South, Range 69 West to the southwest corner <br />of Spruce Lane subdivision; thence east along the south <br />boundary of said subdivision to the southwest corner of <br />Popcorn Acres SUbdivision; thence continuing east along <br />the south boundary of said subdivision to the southwest <br />corner of Corrigan Addition; thence North along the West <br />boundary of Corrigan Addition to the centerline of Pine <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />( <br />
