( <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1102 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY TITLE <br />AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN AN EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Justin Associates, Ltd., a Colorado limited <br />partnership, current owner of certain real property through which <br />the City has an easement, have requested that a portion of a <br />certain easement for utility purposes be transferred by quit claim <br />deed to them; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's interest in the easement was acquired by <br />dedication as set forth on the Christopher Village Replat, City of <br />Louisville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are no utilities located in this easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such easement is <br />not needed for any public use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such easement is not being used or held for park <br />purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the easement is located within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Any title and interest of the City of <br />Louisville in the 10 foot utility easement described in Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference shall be <br />transferred by quitclaim deed to Justin Associates, Ltd., a <br />Colorado limited partnership, current owners of the affected <br />property, such property being Lot 3, Christopher Village Replat, a <br />subdivision of the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, state of <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />Section 2.
