<br />Councilmember /~ II; n. #<<4--,--'/ then moved that the <br />foregoing Ordinance introduced and read at this meeting be <br />published in full in the Louisville Times, a newspaper published <br />and of general circulation within the limits of the City, in the <br />issue dated March 17, 1993, and that said Ordinance be considered <br />for adoption at the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, <br />April 6, 1993. Councilmember(.k.,....~) C;;isl. seconded the motion. <br />The question being upon the adoption of the motion, the <br />roll was called with the following result: <br />Those voting YES: <br /> <br />Tom Davidson <br />Larry Hedding <br />Margaret Hornbostel <br />Kevin Howard <br />Rob Lathrop <br />Tom Mayer <br />Charles Sisk <br /> <br />Those voting NO: .4~~E <br /> <br />The presiding officer thereupon declared that not less <br />than a majority of all the members elected to the City Council <br />having voted in favor thereof, the motion was carried. <br />Thereupon, after consideration of other matters before <br />the Council, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />(SEAL) ~~~ <br /> <br />- 10 - <br />
