<br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />COUNTY OF BOULDER <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, met <br />in regular session in full conformity with law and the rules and <br />ordinances of the City at the City Hall in Louisville, Colorado, on <br />Tuesday, the 6th day of April, 1993, at 7:00 P.M. <br />Upon roll call the following were present, constituting <br /> <br />a quorum: <br /> <br />Mayor: <br />Mayor Pro-Tern: <br />Councilmembers: <br /> <br />Tom Davidson <br />Margaret Hornbostel <br />Larry Hedding <br />Kevin Howard <br />Rob Lathrop <br />Tom Mayer <br />Charles Sisk <br /> <br />Also Present: <br />City Administrator: Annette Brand <br />City Clerk: Maj-Lis Kemper <br />City Attorney: Susan Griffiths <br />Absent: N () rJ ~ <br />Thereupon the City Clerk reported that Ordinance No. <br />16~; introduced and read on first reading at the March 16, 1993, <br />meeting of the Council, was published in full, along with a Notice <br />of Public Hearing, in the Louisville Times, a newspaper published <br />and of general circulation in the City, at least ten days prior to <br />this meeting. <br />The City Council then conducted a public hearing on the <br />amendment of the City of Louisville, Colorado, Industrial <br />Development Revenue Bond (FIRMM Investments Project) Series 1982, <br />at which all persons with differing views on either the amendment <br />of the Bond or the location or nature of the project originally <br /> <br />- 14 - <br />
