They are a procurement agent <br /> and have over 2,000 vendors worldwide. They supply furniture, fixtures, operating <br /> supplies and equipment for the hotel industry. The firm has offices in Chicago, Dallas, <br /> Hong Kong, London, New Delhi, and Sao Paulo. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENT <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Dalton asked Mr. Benjamin if his office would remain in Lafayette. Mr. <br /> Benjamin stated his office would not remain in Lafayette. <br /> Council member Jasiak commented this package is what Council likes to see. She <br /> welcomed Mr. Benjamin to Louisville. Mayor Muckle concurred. <br /> City Manager Fleming recognized Broker Andrew Freeman for bringing companies into <br /> Louisville. <br /> MOTION: Council member Jasiak moved to approve Resolution No. 11, Series 2013, <br /> seconded by Council member Keany. Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a <br /> vote of 7-0. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 12, SERIES 2013 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS <br /> ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH TWELVE DEGREE BREWING, LLC FOR THE <br /> CREATION OF A NEW RETAIL BUSINESS AT 820 MAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br /> 27 <br />
