'..0 <br />('oJ:S: <br />~co <br />0..... <br />oli=i..:... <br /> <br />?-/\ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1090 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />W::: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE 17 OF THE <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has <br />determined that it is necessary and appropriate to restrict parking <br />of motor vehicles in certain front and side yards in the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />.~. <br />>-l <br />-i <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />/ <br />f, <br />l <br /> <br />Section 1. The Louisville Municipal Code is amended by the <br />addition of the following new Section 17.20.160: <br /> <br />17.20.160 Parking limitations on front and side yards. <br /> <br />A. It is unlawful for any person to park a motor <br />vehicle, or for any person as owner, lessee, tenant <br />or occupant of any residential lot to permit a <br />motor vehicle to be parked, in the front yard of a <br />residential lot except on the paved driveway which <br />is intended for parking or access to the garage or <br />carport. On residential corner lots, no motor <br />vehicle may be parked in the side yard adjacent to <br />the street unless the side yard is enclosed with a <br />privacy fence six feet in height constructed in <br />full compliance with this Code, including vision <br />clearance requirements. <br /> <br />B. For the purposes of this Section, "motor vehicle" <br />has the meaning set out in the Model Traffic Code <br />for Colorado Municipalities as from time to time <br />adopted by ordinance of the city Council. <br /> <br />C. Any person found guilty of violating any provision <br />of this Section shall be punished for each <br />violation as provided in Section 1.28.010. Each <br />act or omission in violation of this Section shall <br />be deemed a separate violation and for each <br />calendar day during which any violation continues, <br />a separate violation shall be deemed to have been <br />committed. <br /> <br />1 <br />
