<br />~?t~?6~~~R~~~t~/~~u~1~~1B~nLD~~A~N~~T8~ER~~g~~~~ <br /> <br />5-/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1089 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING BY QUIT CLAIM DEED ANY TITLE <br />AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE IN A PEDESTRIAN <br />ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, stuart J. Hardman and Grayson K. Hardman, and Thomas <br />E. Johnson and Victoria J. Simpson, current owners of certain <br />property through which the City has a pedestrian access easement, <br />have requested that said easement be transferred by quit claim deed <br />to them; and I~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the pedestrian <br />access easement is not needed for any public use~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such easement is not being used or held for park <br />purposes or for any other governmental purpose; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the easement is located within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Any title and interest of the City of <br />Louisvi.lle in the pedestrian access easement described in Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference shall <br />be transferred by quit claim deeds to Stuart J. Hardman and Grayson <br />K. Hardman, and Thomas E. Johnson and victoria J. Simpson, current <br />owners of the affected property as follows: that half of the <br />easement located on Lot 25, Block 1, The Enclave Replat, city of <br />Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, shall be <br />transferred to Thomas E. Johnson and victoria J. Simpson, current <br />owners of said Lot 25; that half of the easement located on Lot 26, <br />Block 1, The Enclave Replat, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, <br />State of Colorado shall be transferred to Stuart J. Hardman and <br /> <br />Grayson K. Hardman, current owners of said Lot 26. <br /> <br />section 2.
