<br />E. Whenever any Bond shall be surrendered to the Paying Agent upon <br />payment thereof, or to the Registrar for transfer, exchange or replacement as provided <br />herein, such Bond shall be promptly canceled by the Paying Agent or Registrar, and <br />counterparts of a certificate of such cancellation shall be furnished by the Paying Agent or <br />Registrar to the City. <br />Section 8. Bond Form. The Bonds, Registrar's certificate of authentication, <br />form of assignment, form of prepayment panel and legal opinion certificate shall be in <br />substantially the following form (provided that any of the text may, with appropriate <br />references, be printed on the back of the Bonds), with such omissions, insertions, <br />endorsements and variations as to any recitals of fact or other provisions as may be required <br />by the circumstances, be required or permitted by this ordinance, or be consistent with this <br />ordinance and necessary or appropriate to conform to the rules and requirements of any <br />governmental authority or any usage or requirement of law with respect thereto: <br /> <br />-10- <br />
