THE AMOUNT OF THE TAP FEE INCREASE EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 1993, AS REFLECTED IN TABLE B OF <br />SUBSECTION A OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE REDUCED FOR <br />ANY TAP PERMIT APPLICANT IN AN AMOUNT NECESSARY TO <br />AVOID ANY VIOLATION OF THE APPLICANT'S RIGHTS <br />REFLECTED IN A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH THE CITY. ANY <br />TAP PERMIT APPLICANT WHO BELIEVES THAT SUCH A <br />REDUCTION IS NECESSARY SHALL, AT THE TIME OF THE <br />PERMIT APPLICATION, IDENTIFY CLEARLY ON THE FORM <br />PROVIDED BY THE CITY THE PARTICULAR CONTRACT AND <br />PROVIDE SUCH OTHER INFORMATION, INCLUDING A COPY OF <br />THE WRITTEN CONTRACT UPON REQUEST, AS THE CITY MAY <br />REQUIRE TO ESTABLISH THE CONTRACT RIGHT TO THE <br />REDUCTION. <br /> <br />section 3. section 13.24.030, entitled "Tap fee", <br />Subsection B, is amended to read as follows (words to be deleted <br />are stricken through): <br /> <br />13.24.030 Tap fee. <br /> <br />B.
