<br />\<6-\1 <br /> <br />E. A person commits false reporting of a complaint under this <br />section if: <br /> <br />1. The person makes a complaint of a violation under this <br />chapter or knowingly causes the transmission of a <br />complaint to the city prosecuting attorney of such a <br />violation when the person knows that the violation did <br />not occur; or <br /> <br />2. The person makes a complaint or knowingly causes the <br />transmission of a complaint to the city prosecuting <br />attorney pretending to furnish information relating to a <br />violation of this chapter when the person knows that he <br />or she has no such information or knows that the <br />information is false. <br /> <br />F. A person who is convicted of false reporting of a complaint <br />under this section shall be punished as provided in section <br />1.28 of this code, except that any fine imposed under said <br />section shall not be less than two hundred dollars. <br /> <br />section 3. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, <br />clause, or phrase of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional <br />or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br />validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. The city council hereby declares that it would have <br />passed this ordinance and each part or parts hereof irrespective of <br />the fact that anyone part or parts be declared unconstitutional or <br />invalid. <br /> <br />section 4. All other ordinances or portions thereof <br />inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion <br />hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or <br />conflict. <br /> <br />section 5. within thirty days after the effective date of <br />this ordinance, each person then holding an elective city office <br />shall file a disclosure statement with the city clerk which <br />contains the information required by section 2.80.050 of Chapter <br />2.80, as adopted in section 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />section 6. The repeal or modification of any provision of <br />the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville by this ordinance <br />shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole or <br />in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or <br />criminal, which shall have been incurred under such provision, and <br />each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in <br />force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, <br />suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the enforcement of the <br />penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of <br /> <br />17 <br />
