<br />~-Lf <br /> <br />depositing the disputed property with the registry <br />in an interpleader action in a court having <br />jurisdiction over such claims. <br /> <br />F. In the event that all claims filed are denied, the <br />property shall become the sole property of the City <br />and any claim of the owner of such property shall <br />be deemed forfeited. <br /> <br />G. Any legal action filed challenging a decision of <br />the City Administrator shall be filed pursuant to <br />Rule 106 of the Colorado Rules of civil Procedure <br />within thirty (30) days of such decision or shall <br />be forever barred. If any legal action is timely <br />filed, the property shall be disbursed by the City <br />Administrator pursuant to the order of the court <br />having jurisdiction over such claim. <br /> <br />H. The City Administrator is authorized to establish <br />and administer procedures for the administration <br />and disposition of unclaimed property consistent <br />with this Chapter. <br /> <br />9.90.030 Custodian of property seized or deposited to <br />City's care. <br /> <br />A. The City AdministratOJ:" shall designate one or more <br />employees of the City to act as custodian of <br />property seized or taken by the police or otherwise <br />deposited to the City's care and shall provide a <br />suitable location for the safekeeping of such <br />property. <br /> <br />B. It shall be the duty of any custodian of such <br />property to keep a record of the receipt and <br />disposition of all property coming into the <br />custodian's care and such other information as the <br />City Administrator may require. <br /> <br />9.90.040 Illegal weapons. <br /> <br />All illegal weapons and all property the possession <br />of which is illegal by virtue of any City, state, or <br />federal law, shall be destroyed or turned over to the <br />appropriate authority and shall not otherwise be subject <br />to disposition under this Chapter. <br /> <br />9.90.050 Claim of finder. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9.90.020, <br />with respect to any personal property found or recovered <br />by a person and turned in by such person to the City <br /> <br />4 <br />
