<br />~01 .80296 04/29/92 09:12 AM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F1730 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br /> <br />ORDZNANCE NO. 1069 <br />SERIES 1992- <br /> <br />J ~ ( <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING THE STREET KNOWN AS "CATALPA COURT" <br />AS DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL 0 <br />SECOND FILING TO "RIDGE PLACE". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a SUbdivision of land <br />within the territorial boundaries of the city of Louisville known <br />as Centennial Valley Parcel 0 Second Filing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat of said subdivision is recorded in the <br />office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plat dedicated to the City for the public use <br />a street designated as "Catalpa Court"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary <br />and desirable to rename Catalpa Court as it exists within <br />Centennial Valley Parcel 0 Second Filing to eliminate needless <br />confusion as to its location and to provide for the health and <br />safety of the community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1 ,/ <br />" <br />/0 <br /> <br />Section 1. The public st.reet named "Catalpa Court" as <br />designated on the plat of Centennial Valley Parcel 0 Second Filing, <br />and located within the territorial boundaries of the City of <br />Louisville, County of Boulder, State of COlorado, is hereby <br />renamed, and shall hereafter be known as "Ridge Place". <br /> <br />Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof <br />inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion <br />hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or <br />conflict. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is deemed necessary for the <br />protection of the health, welfare and safety of the community. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, ,/..
