<br /> <br /> <br />Louisville Historical Commission <br />Subcommittee Agenda <br />December 13, 2013 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Board Room (Second Floor) <br />951 Spruce St. <br />11:00 AM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Members of the Historical Commission w <br />its April 18, 2012 meeting to actively pursue the creation of a separate 501c3 foundation. <br />At its November 21, 2013 meeting, the Historical Commission took all necessary actions <br />for the Louisville History Foundation, Inc. to begin to handle the Commissions fundraising <br />role on January 1, 2014.
