Section 2. Subsection G of Section 15.56.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows (words added are underlined): <br /> G. The board shall also have the authority to hear and decide applications for <br /> the suspension., and revocation and appeal of denial of contractor's licenses and <br /> registrations, as provided in Chapter 5.12 of this Code. Any decision for suspension., <br /> ec revocation or denial on appeal of a contractor's license or registration shall require <br /> not less than three affirmative votes. The board, through the city clerk, may require <br /> the presence of persons and the production of papers, books, and records necessary <br /> to the determination of any suspension., of revocation or appeal hearing, and the <br /> board shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of such hearings. <br /> Section 3. If any article, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br /> Ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the <br /> validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. The City Council hereby <br /> declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each part or parts thereof, irrespective of the <br /> fact that any one part or parts may be declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br /> Section 4. All other ordinances, or parts of any ordinances or other Code provisions <br /> in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. The repeal established herein shall not be construed to <br /> revive any ordinance, Code provision or part thereof that had been previously repealed by any <br /> ordinance which is repealed by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 5. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the <br /> City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in <br /> whole or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have <br /> been incurred under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still <br /> remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, <br /> and prosecutions for the enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the <br /> purpose of sustaining any judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or <br /> made in such actions, suits, proceedings, or prosecutions. <br /> Section 6.
