Sec. 5.11.180. Cultivation, growing, and manufacturing. <br /> The cultivation and growing of marijuana plants and the manufacturing of retail marijuana <br /> products is prohibited within the City of Louisville, except as permitted for non-retail <br /> purposes under Article XVIII, Sections 14 and 16 of the Colorado Constitution, consistent <br /> with all applicable state or local laws, rules or regulations. It is unlawful for any person to <br /> operate, cause to be operated or permit to be operated in the City a marijuana cultivation <br /> facility or a retail marijuana products manufacturing facility. <br /> Sec. 5.11.190. Labeling. <br /> All marijuana sold or otherwise distributed by the licensee shall be packaged and labeled in <br /> a manner consistent with the Colorado Retail Marijuana Code, and any related rules and <br /> regulations, as from time to time amended. <br /> Sec. 5.11.200. On-site consumption of retail marijuana. <br /> The consumption of marijuana or marijuana products on or within the licensed premises of <br /> a retail marijuana establishment is prohibited. <br /> Sec. 5.11.210. Prohibited acts. <br /> A. It shall be unlawful for any licensee to: <br /> 1. Violate or fail to comply with any provision of Amendment 64, the Colorado <br /> Retail Marijuana Code, any rules and regulations adopted thereunder, or any <br /> applicable state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation. <br /> 2. To allow marijuana or marijuana products to be consumed upon its licensed <br /> premises. <br /> 3. To use advertising material that is misleading, deceptive, or false or that is <br /> designed to appeal to minors. <br /> 4. To sell retail marijuana or retail marijuana products to a person under twenty- <br /> one years of age or to a person who does not present a government issued <br /> identification at the time of purchase. <br /> 5. To sell more than a quarter of an ounce of retail marijuana or more than a <br /> quarter of an ounce equivalent of a retail marijuana product during a single <br /> transaction to a nonresident of the State of Colorado. <br /> 6. To have on the licensed premises any retail marijuana, retail marijuana <br /> products, or marijuana paraphernalia that shows evidence of the marijuana or <br /> marijuana product having been consumed or partially consumed. <br /> 7. Distribute marijuana or marijuana products, with or without remuneration, <br /> directly to another person using a mobile distribution center. <br /> 8. Distribute or allow the distribution of any marijuana or marijuana product <br /> without charge within a retail marijuana establishment or any place open to the <br /> public for purpose of promotion or advertising. <br /> 9. Distribute or allow the distribution of any coupon or similar writing, <br /> electronically or on paper, which purports to allow the bearer to exchange the <br /> Ordinance No. 1649, Series 2013 <br /> Page 14 of 20 <br />
