Current Photo <br />ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRITY: <br />The building was constructed around 1904, and has maintained significant integrity. <br />The overall form is intact, with the angled corner at the front entrance and the unique <br />roofline being evident in photographs from the 1910s and 1930s. The wood siding <br />appears to be original, as does the detailed molding under the roof eaves. <br />The front windows have been replaced, but the outline of the original windows can still <br />be seen. The roof material is not original, and the front door has been replaced and the <br />opening shrunk. The windows on the north side appear to be in the same locations as <br />they were in 1948. <br />HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND CRITERIA FOR LISTING AS LOCAL <br />LANDMARK: <br />Landmarks must be at least 50 years old and meet one or more of the criteria for <br />architectural, social or geographic /environmental significance as described in Louisville <br />Municipal Code (LMC) Section 15.36.050(A).
