<br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 <br />SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR TIlE TOWN HOMES AT COAL CREEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by CLUB <br />HOMES DEVELOPMENT CORP., represented by DAN DAVIS, an <br />application for a Final PUD Development Plan and Final Subdivision <br />Plat for the Town Homes at Coal Creek.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning <br />Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat, the Planning <br />Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and <br />Final Subdivision Plat for the Town Homes at Coal Creek should be <br />approved. <br /> <br />NOW, nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan and <br />Final Subdivision Plat for the Town Homes at Coal Creek, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOYlhIJ this 1st day of September, 1992. <br /> <br />By~D~ <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />ATlEST: <br /> <br />
