<br />'"'\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />Series 1992 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has initiated construction of the South Water <br />Treatment Facility to be located at Marshall Road and U.S. Highway 36; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Howard T. Berry served the City of Louisville with dedication and <br />great ability as a member of the Planning Commission, a member of the City Council, and <br />was actively involved with the City of Louisville water projects and the Coal Creek Basin <br />Project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such service by Howard T. Berry has resulted in the continued <br />prosperity of the City of Louisville relative to water projects and has materially contributed <br />to the accomplishments and goals of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby name the South Water <br />Treatment Facility, The Howard T.
