<br />RESOLUTION NO. 42, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL <br />SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR THE MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK FILING NO.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by The <br />Meadows at Coal Creek Corp., represented by Neil Wall, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Final Subdivision <br />Plat for The Meadows at Coal Creek Filing No. 1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning <br />Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat, the Planning <br />Commission recommended to City Council approval with conditions: <br /> <br />1). Planning Commission eliminated the requirement for a California chainlink <br />fence along Outlot A. The Commission authorized privacy fences on the rear <br />lot line. <br />2). There remain several minor technical issues related to the plat document which <br />must be resolved prior to recording. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and <br />Final Subdivision Plat for The Meadows at Coal Creek Filing No.1 <br />should be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan and <br />Final Subdivision Plat for The Meadows at Coal Creek Filing No. 1.
