<br />RESOLUTION NO. 35, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL <br />SUBDMSION PLAT FOR COAL CREEK RANCH FILING NO.4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Coal Creek <br />Associates, represented by Chuck Bellock, Bellock Construction, a request <br />for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat <br />for Coal Creek Ranch Filing No.4; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning <br />Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat, the Planning Commission <br />recommended to the City Council approval with conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat for Coal Creek Ranch Filing No.4 should be approved with <br />the conditions (see attached Exhibit A). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve, with conditions as set forth in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto, the Final PUD Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat for Coal Creek Ranch <br />Filing No.4.
