<br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br /> <br />, SERIES 1992 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />FOR COAL CREEK RANCH FILING NO.2, REPLAT A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by <br />LIFESTYLE HOMES, an Amended Final Subdivision Plat correcting minor legal <br />description, dimension, and bearing errors and omissions on several lots. Existing rights-of- <br />way and easements are not affected. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat (Replat) have been <br />reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Replat, the <br />Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat (Replat) should <br />be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, lHEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Subdivision Plat (Replat) for Coal <br />Creek Ranch Filing No.2, Replat A, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPlED this 21st day of April, 1992. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />(~~~ <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
