<br />LOUISVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />APRIL 14, 1992 <br /> <br />ITEM: <br /> <br />Coal Creek Ranch SUbdivision - Filing No.2 _ <br />Replat A Amendment - Final - Public Hearing <br /> <br />Lifestyle Homes, Represented by Mr. Chris Owens <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br /> <br />LOCATION: <br /> <br />Coal Creek Ranch Filing #2, Replat A, south of <br />Cherry st., east of Coal Creek Filing #1. <br /> <br />ZONING: <br /> <br />Planned Community Zone District - PR <br /> <br />REQUEST: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of an amended subdivision <br />plat. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Coal Creek Ranch, Filing No.2, Replat A was approved in February of <br />1990 as a 102 lot subdivision for detached single family homes. <br />The amendment has been submitted as a means of correcting minor <br />errors in lot line dimensions and bearings. <br /> <br />Out of 102 lots there are 38 lots in the fourth and final phase to <br />be developed. <br /> <br />STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The proposed amendment does not create or eliminate any lots or <br />change the status of the designated outlots. The amendment will <br />not affect the approved PUD final development plan. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval without condition. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />Resolution No.7, Series 1992, declares approval by the Planning <br />Commission and recommends same to City Council. The Commission may <br />also recommend approval with conditions or deny the request. <br />
