SECTION 3. For other services provided by the City, the following rates, fees and charges <br /> shall apply and be charged effective February 1, 2014: <br /> Service Fee <br /> 32 Gallon Prepaid Sticker $3.25/each <br /> Open Topped, Hand Dumped Recycle Bins $3.23/month <br /> End of Month Service Changes No Charge <br /> Mid Month Service Changes or Prorations Included <br /> Drive In Service $14.02/month* <br /> Cart Roll Out Service $9.71/month* <br /> First Large Item Pickup Per Quarter No Charge** <br /> Enhanced Customer Communications Package $0.61/month <br /> *Unscheduled Pickups <br /> **Excludes Freon-containing appliances and hazardous waste <br /> SECTION 4. A 60 cent per month administrative fee shall be added to each account <br /> subject to Ordinance No. 1545. <br /> SECTION 5. Residences who do not use City service and who are not excluded from City <br /> service as set forth in Section 8.64.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code shall be charged a <br /> minimum monthly charge of$11.85,effective February 1, 2014. <br /> SECTION 6. A 50 cent per month hazardous materials management facility fee shall be <br /> added to the bill for City water service for each dwelling unit and single family home in accordance <br /> with Section 8 of this Resolution for services and expenditures related to the Boulder County <br /> Hazardous Materials Management Facility intergovernmental agreement. <br /> SECTION 7. Rates, fees and charges hereunder shall be billed in conjunction with the bill <br /> for City water service. For residences that do not have a water billing account, there shall be <br /> established an account for billings hereunder. <br /> SECTION 8. Should it be necessary to set fees for special services not covered by the rates <br /> and fees established in Sections 1, 2 and 3, the Public Works Director is authorized to set such fees <br /> needed to cover the actual cost of providing such services. <br /> SECTION 9. Table 9, Exhibit "A", Resolution No. 71, Series 2013 is hereby repealed <br /> effective February 1, 2014. Such repeal shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in <br /> whole or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been <br /> incurred under the provisions of such resolution, and such provisions shall be treated and held as <br /> still remaining in force for the purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, <br /> and prosecutions for the enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose <br /> of sustaining any judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in <br /> such actions, suits,proceedings, or prosecutions. <br /> Resolution No. 3, Series 2014 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
