Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 12, 2013 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />Tengler asked what the process is for amending design standards in each PUD. <br />Russ stated it is done on a case by case basis and must be initiated by land owners of <br />the property. He added the future neighborhood plans might be working on design <br />standards for each neighborhood. <br />Pritchard asked if there needed to be 100% buy off from every owner. <br />Russ stated he is currently working on that issue with the City Attorney. <br />Pritchard asked what the timing is for each neighborhood. <br />Russ stated the Monarch neighborhood is a priority. Fireside would be next. <br />Brauneis stated the design standards issue might be opening a can of worms. <br />Russ acknowledged the concern but stated this is an issue that should be addressed <br />O'Connell asked how this could happen, especially if an HOA has disappeared. <br />Russ stated if there is an HOA in place the City will work with them. <br />Planning Commission Comments — None <br />Staff Comments - None 1 <br />Items Tentatively Scheduled for Next Regular Meeting: January 9, 2014 <br />McCartney presented the following items slated for the December meeting: <br />Old Louisville Inn final PUD: A final planned unit development (PUD) to <br />allow for a 950 square foot addition to the south of the existing Old <br />Louisville Inn restaurant. <br />• Applicant, Owner and Representative: <br />• Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner! <br />Pritchard asked about the Food Truck Ordinance. <br />Russ stated this item could come to Planning Commission in February <br />Adjourn <br />O'Connell moved and Tengler seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Pritchard <br />adjourned the meeting at 9:18 PM. <br />
